Our Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote GLOWXSYNERGY and earn a commission on sales generated through their referral links. Affiliates are expected to market our products and brand in a way that aligns with our values and guidelines.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for our Affiliate Program, you must:
– Be at least 18 years of age.
– Maintain an active and legitimate website, blog, or social media presence with relevant traffic.
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
– Not be a direct competitor or engage in unethical marketing practices.
3. Registration Process
To become an affiliate:
– Complete the online application form provided on GLOWXSYNERGY’s website.
– Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
– Await approval of your application. We reserve the right to deny any application at our discretion.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
– Promote GLOWXSYNERGY using only the approved affiliate links and marketing assets.
– Ensure that all promotions are truthful and not misleading to customers.
– Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, such as using appropriate disclosures (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission for purchases made through my link”).
– Avoid using spam or unauthorized advertising techniques to generate traffic.
– Not bid on branded keywords related to GLOWXSYNERGY in any paid advertising campaigns unless specifically authorized.
– Not engage in misleading or deceptive practices or false advertising.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
– Using unethical marketing tactics, such as click fraud, misrepresentation, or spamming.
– Displaying affiliate links on sites that promote illegal activities or adult content.
– Using misleading language or making false claims about GLOWXSYNERGY products.
– Sending traffic from paid ads that do not comply with GLOWXSYNERGY’s guidelines.
– Attempting to self-refer or engage in fraudulent transactions for commission.
6. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission as specified in the affiliate agreement. Commissions are paid based on our Commission Rate guideline below of the sale value generated through valid referrals. Commissions are tracked and calculated using our affiliate management platform, and the final payment will be based on verified sales.
Commission Rates
⦁ 10 – 15% for low-ticket items (<$50)
⦁ 8 – 12% for mid-ticket items ($50 – $200)
⦁ 5 – 10% for high-ticket items (>$200)
7. Payment Terms
– Payments are issued on a [monthly/quarterly] basis.
– The minimum payout threshold solely depends on the kind of affiliate joins us.
⦁ $200 – $500 per month for individual sellers
⦁ $500 – $1000 per month for medium-sized businesses
⦁ $1000 – $2,500 per month for medium-sized businesses
Commissions below this threshold will roll over to the next payout period.

– GLOWXSYNERGY reserves the right to withhold payments if there are disputes or suspicious activity associated with the affiliate’s account.
8. Termination and Account Suspension
GLOWXSYNERGY reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
– Violation of the Affiliate Program Policy or terms of the affiliate agreement.
– Engaging in activities deemed harmful or inappropriate for the brand.
– Failure to generate sales within a reasonable period (e.g., [3 months]).
– Non-compliance with payment terms.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited, and you must cease using any GLOWXSYNERGY affiliate links and marketing materials.
9. Modification of the Policy
We may update or revise this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program after the policy has been modified indicates acceptance of the new terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
GLOWXSYNERGY will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the affiliate as a result of participating in the Affiliate Program. Affiliates participate at their own risk and agree to indemnify GLOWXSYNERGY against any claims arising from their actions.
